Our Contracts
We at CARETAKERS undertake only a few projects at a time so as to allow our staff and workers enough room to do a good job. Our contracts are mostly Work Order Legal Agreements awarded. We also service a privileged few where we have a continuity arrangement with as a whole where maintenance and restoration work is provided during the intervening period between pre-arranged major work orders.
